As the founder and CEO of F&M, Sola has a solid drive to help those in need. He has served on the board of Charlotte Rescue Mission, an NGO that provides free Christian-based recovery programs to help people struggling with addiction, and is on the local board of Habitat for Humanity. He is also active in the Charlotte business community as Principal Partner at Data Bridge Consultants.
Bianca serves as our Vice President of Medical Missions for Felix and Margaret. With over ten years of experience in clinical and pharmaceutical research, Bianca is passionate about volunteering and contributing her skills and expertise to this organization. She currently serves as a Clinical Lead at Premier Research.
Dr. Muyiwa Olusa serves as Director & General Counsel for Olusa Foundation. An expert in corporate governance and legislative drafting, he holds a Ph.D., LLM, and memberships in NBA, NIM, SCG, and CIArb (Nigeria). He is the Principal Partner at Castlefield Attorneys and serves on boards within and outside Nigeria.
As Vice President of Programs and Government Relations, James is well-suited for his role, as he currently serves as Vice President and Head of the Operations Division of FMDQ Clear Limited in Laos, Nigeria, where he is based. He is also passionate about volunteering and has contributed his time at organizations like Texas Food Drive and Habitat for Humanity.
Semilore serves as our Programs Director, while her twin sister Semilola serves as our Ways and Means Director. Currently both Grade 8 students at Charlotte Country Day, the sisters have acquired their love for volunteering from their parents and enjoy spending weekends helping out at the WSOC food drive and at soup kitchens in the city.
Dr. Samuels, serves as our Vice Chair, F&M. He is the founder and president of the Derrick Samuels Leadership Institute, a global consulting and training organization. Specializing in motivational speaking and business consulting, he currently serves as a Course Facilitator at Cornell University in New York
Semilola serves as our Ways and Means Director, while her twin sister Semilore serves as our Programs Director. Oladotun serves as our Vice President of Crisis Response. He is Vice President at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, North Carolina. Like all of our board members, Oladotun is keen on volunteering and has contributed his free time to various food kitchens in the city.
Folajimi is the perfect complement to our team as Vice President of Disaster Relief. A seasonal volunteer at Samaritan’s Purse and Operation Christmas Child, Folajimi has spent over ten years as a Vice President at Wells Fargo Bank.
